How Does it Work?
The Mainsflush valve is a sanitary flush system which connects directly to the water mains. It is not designed to be connected to a cistern. It can be used with any standard wall-hung or wall faced pan. It is also suitable for use with most urinals.
The valve is normally installed in the ceiling but can also be installed in the wall cavity. It requires only normal mains water pressure and can also be used with rainwater systems.
The valve requires a Mainsflush touchpad to be installed to activate the flush valve. Any licensed plumber can install the unit, including the touchpad.
A pressure vessel on the water supply will enhance the valve’s performance by assisting in maintaining a constant supply of water to the valve.
